Habits are the things we do on a regular basis that help us live a comfortable, productive lifestyle. They’re often referred to as “default settings” because they become automatic and require little or no thought. Habits can be good or bad, but they have a big impact on our lives.
Some habits are positive, such as eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. These habits help us stay physically fit and reduce our risk of health problems. Other habits can be harmful, like smoking cigarettes or abusing drugs. They can cause health problems in the short term and lead to addiction in the long term.
Most of our habits are neutral or even helpful. But there are some bad habits that we should avoid if we want to live a healthy life. We should try to break any bad habits that we have so that we can improve our overall wellbeing.
